Double Sided Tissue Tape, Double Sided EVA Foam Tape, Double Sided PE Foam Tape & Double Sided Acrylic Foam Tape

Best temperature for the adhesive tape application ranges from 18°C and 25°C in a dry environment, and it is preferable not to apply the tape with temperatures lower than 10°C. If application temperatures are substantially different to those shown, consider that adhesives can behave differently according to their chemical nature.

• Do not apply on surfaces contaminated by dust, oil, liquid & anti-adhesive
• Do not use paints containing additives which could reduce adhesive properties
• Preferably apply the tape on smooth, clean & dry surfaces as it increased adhesion
• In case of rough or irregular surfaces, it is better to use tapes with higher/stronger adhesion
• Avoid contact with surfaces containing plasticizers or others chemical agents not compatible with the tape

Suggested storage temperature shall range from 15 to 25°C with max. relative humidity of 65%. With a storage temperature lower than 10°C, it is always suggested ambient temperature reconditioning of the tape before its use;   material shall be stored away from heat sources and possibly kept in the original package, avoiding light exposure as well.

Synthetic Rubber Based Adhesive (Hotmelt)
They are produced through fusion of synthetic resins and thermoplastic rubbers in heat conditions. They have good adhesive and cohesive properties, up to 50 - 60°C. For their production, no solvent is used. Their features are high adhesion, stickiness and good resistance to humidity.

Adhesives including acrylic polymers in water dispersion, made evaporate during coating. Excellent resistance to heat, fair resistance to solvents, good resistance to plasticizers and very good resistance to ageing and U.V. rays. Suitable for many applications.

Acrylic polymers in this case are dissolved in solvents than extracted in proper ovens during coating.  Excellent adhesion and resistance to temperature, solvents, chemical agents, humidity, exposure to light and ageing. They offer secure performance in different applications.

They are made of natural rubbers dissolved in solvent, which, during coating, is dried in special ovens and recovered for new productions. They have good adhesion properties, good resistance to solvents, high "softness". They offer excellent functionality in many applications thanks to their versatility.

LLDPE Stretch Film

Cast stretch film is a thin layer of polyethylene (PE) film similar to plastic food wrap  but has superior stretching, puncture resistance and load retention properties. It is the most economical and suitable packaging material to unitize, secure and protect palletized goods during transits, storage and warehousing.
